STRETCH FABRICS
Stretch fabrics are ideal for the coating and finishing of mattresses, especially for the realization of tapes for edging. As of today, are considered among the most advanced products available on the market. Are used with any type of fabric and have the characteristic of making the operations faster and more straight edges, especially when applied on a padding of large thicknesses. The fabrics Stretch drastically decreased also the presence of wrinkles, thanks to their elasticity which makes them extensible and extending, without the mechanical stresses adversely affect the quality and properties of the material.

JACQUARD
The Jacquard fabric, created by the French inventor JM Jacquard at the end of the eighteenth century, is characterized by a knitting or fabric with geometric designs obtained by weaving threads of various colors on a special frame and through a particular method of weaving.
The mattresses externally coated Jacquard fabric are characterized by an increased ease of use and superior hygienic qualities, in addition to an elegant and for nothing susceptible to fashion

SMOOTH (RATIER)
The ratier tissues are produced with the use of frames smooth and very simple, which do not allow the production of complex drawings as those jacquard. The smooth fabric, although no longer at the top of the wishes of customers, it is still a reference point for producers because they are still widely used in mattresses and the like.

FLAME RETARDANT
The flame retardant fabrics offered by Materie Prime Materassi are all certified according to the latest fire prevention measures of international standard, and are normally used to cover mattresses to be used in buildings such as hotels, communities, schools, nursing homes, residential facilities, hospitals.
